Everything you need to know about how you pay, how you ship and what happens with returns.
Secure escrow payments
When you buy, payment is held by the platform and released to the seller only after delivery. So you're protected on every purchase.
Fees
A service fee of 3% to 6% applies to the product price, depending on the category; some categories have no commission at all. Shipping costs do not count towards the fee and stay with the platform to cover the courier.
Tracked shipping
Every shipment travels with a courier and a tracking number. Follow your order status in real time from your account area.
Seller payouts
After delivery, funds stay in escrow for a safety window, then an automatic payout to the seller's IBAN is started.
Returns within 48 hours
Buyers can request a return within 48 hours of delivery. The refund covers the product price; return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.
